Terms & Conditions Max Bet – Complete Rules & Guidelines for All Members

Welcome to Max Bet. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Max Bet ("Platform", "We"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any Max Bet service in any capacity, you fully agree to all provisions set out in these Terms.

• Not acting as a representative or agent for any third party in any transaction on Max Bet.

Max Bet is not liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided during registration. Any attempt at identity fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.

• Account Uniqueness: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and all associated balances may be forfeited.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• First deposit bonus of 100% up to RM100 available to new members making their first deposit.
• Required turnover (rollover): 10x of the bonus amount before withdrawals are permitted.
• Timeframe to fulfil rollover requirements: 14 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Each member is eligible to claim the welcome bonus only one time only.

6.2 Weekly Cashback

• Cashback of 10% of net losses credited every Monday for the preceding week.

• There is no minimum or maximum cap on the amount of cashback you can receive.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on the Max Bet platform and cannot be transferred to another individual.
• Max Bet reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.
• Bonus value cannot be converted directly to cash — only winnings generated from the use of a bonus may be withdrawn once the rollover requirement has been met.
• Any attempt to exploit promotions through hedge betting or other unfair methods will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.

The following rules apply to all types of betting on Max Bet, covering Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton), Live Casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), lottery, and all other games available on the platform:

7.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Max Bet system. No cancellations are permitted after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical disruption, unsettled bets will be suspended until the outcome can be verified from an official source.
• Displayed odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Any odds changes after confirmation do not affect bets that have already been accepted.
• For postponed or cancelled matches: bets are fully refunded unless the game has exceeded the designated period required for it to be considered official.

7.2 Live Casino & Games

• All outcomes determined by dealers in Max Bet's live casino are final and not subject to dispute, unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.
• Any internet connection disruption during a Live Casino game is the user's responsibility. Bets placed before the disconnection occurred will be settled based on the actual round outcome.
• Max Bet reserves the right to void any game round that is demonstrably affected by a technical issue on the platform's end. In such cases, all wagers will be fully refunded.

7.3 Prohibited Conduct

Max Bet places great importance on the well-being of our members. We believe that betting should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of stress or financial hardship. To that end, we provide the following tools to help you play responsibly:

• Self-Imposed Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day waiting period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a time limit for your playing sessions. The system will send a warning and automatically log you out once the limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break ranging from 24 hours to 30 days with a single click. During this period, you will be unable to log in or make any deposits.

• Suspected activity related to money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
• Requests from the relevant authorities.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, Max Bet reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and outstanding winnings. For closure due to other valid reasons, any remaining balance will be returned to the member after deduction of applicable administrative costs.

Max Bet provides its platform "as is" and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. Specifically:

• Max Bet is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, connectivity issues on the member's end, or data delays beyond our control.
• Max Bet does not guarantee winnings in any game. All bets carry risk, and outcomes may result in losses.
• Max Bet's maximum liability to any member is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Max Bet is not liable for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of this platform.

Max Bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via in-account notifications and/or email to your registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
